Reservations
Stay Minimums: 2 night minimum on weekends; on the Wednesday before the requested weekend, we accept 1 night reservations. 1 night minimum on weekdays.
Check In is after 3:00 pm.
Check Out is at 11:00 am.
Please let us know if these times are not convenient for you and we will try to accommodate your request. Although we will make every effort to honor a guest's room request, we reserve the right to change a room.
Breakfast
Full country breakfast served at 8:30 am in Homestead dining room. Breakfast is $10/person. We offer rates with breakfast or reduced rates without breakfast.
We serve full country breakfasts using only the finest ingredients. Our eggs are from local, organically raised, hormone-free chickens. Most of our other ingredients are purchased at a natural food store; our committment is to use organic, whole-grain, nutritional ingredients.

Pets
We accept pets only in our waterfront homes. There is a pet fee of $25/day/pet.
College Weekends
3-night minimum on Family Weekend and Graduation.
Advance Reservations
We accept reservations for waterfront homes up to 2 years in advance; for rooms and suites, we accept reservations up to 3 months in advance.
Although we make every attempt to honor a room request, we reserve the right to change a room assignment, if necessary.
