Efficiencies | Monthly Rentals

White Pillars efficiencies are designed for guests who are relocating to the Canton/Potsdam area and need a place to live while they find a home, or for guests with temporary work assignments at St. Lawrence University, SUNY Canton or Potsdam, Corning, Canton/Potsdam Hospital, Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center.

 

Each efficiency is fully furnished with custom made Amish furniture and equipped with appliances, TV/DVD, kitchenware, individual heat and AC thermostats. Laundry facilities are in basement.

 

Rent rates includes heat and utilities, high speed wireless internet, cable TV, weekly maid service. Stays over 90 days are tax exempt.  Click on individual efficiency to see rates, which vary according to length of stay.
