White Pillars efficiencies are designed for guests who are relocating to the Canton/Potsdam area and need a place to live while they find a home, or for guests with temporary work assignments at St. Lawrence University, SUNY Canton or Potsdam, Corning, Canton/Potsdam Hospital, Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center. 

 

Each efficiency is fully furnished with custom made Amish furniture and equipped with appliances, TV/DVD, kitchenware, individual heat and AC thermostats. Laundry facilities are in basement.

 

Rent rates includes heat and utilities, high speed wireless internet, cable TV, weekly maid service:

Beech and Cherry:   $1350.00/month for 1 month
                                 1150.00/month for 2-3 months
                                  975.00/month for 4-6 months
                                  875.00/month for 7-12 months

Hickory and Oak:    $1600.00/month for 1 month
                                1400.00/month for 2-3 months
                                1250.00/month for 4-6 months
                                1150.00/month for 7-12 months

Taxes are additional on all rates:  7% state sales tax and 3% county bed tax. 
On stays over 90 days, rent is tax exempt.
