      2 night minimum on weekends until Wednesday before that weekend.
Although we will make every effort to honor a guest's room request,
we reserve the right to change a reservation to an equivalent room.
 
Breakfast
We offer our guests the choice of a daily rate with or without breakfast. 
 
For those choosing the breakfast option:

We serve full country breakfasts using only the finest ingredients.  Our eggs are from local, organically raised, hormone-free chickens.  Most of our other ingredients are purchased at a natural food store; our committment is to use organic, whole-grain, nutritional ingredients.   

 

A typical menu: Freshly ground coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruit, home-made granola, yogurt, eggs, bacon or sausage (vegetarian upon request), and home-made bread or muffins, baked fresh in our kitchen that day
 
Full country breakfast served at 8:30 am in Homestead dining room. 
 
Pets
We accept pets only in our waterfront homes.  There is a pet fee of $25/day/pet.
 
Renting whole buildings
For larger groups we offer our guests the option of having exclusive use of the White Pillars building or the Craftsman Suites building at the rate of $700/night + tax.  (Daily housekeeping and meals are not included, although we will be happy to provide the name of a caterer.)
If the building will be used for an event where outside guests are invited, there is an event fee of $10/person, including those residing in the building. Tax is additional. 
 
For Family Weekends and Graduations we rent the White Pillars building and the Craftsman building
only as whole buildings, with a 3 night minimum on Graduations.
 We are booked for SLU's 2010 Family Weekend and SLU's 2011 and 2012 Graduations.  
We take reservations no more than 2 years in advance.
