Mid-week "no frills" Special:
Deduct $20/night from no-breakfast rate
No breakfast, no housekeeping, minimum 2 nights, Sunday through Thursday, except for holidays and school vacation days. 
Last minute Special:
Book a room w/in 24 hours of arrival and deduct $10/night
Book a cottage w/in 1 week of arrival and deduct 10%  
 
Corporate Rate:
Deduct $25/night from rate with 2 rooms or 2 nights, single occupancy.

Funeral Rate:
Deduct 10% when attending a funeral.
